Please join us in embracing the vulnerability of your inner child, unlocking the resilience of your spirit, and leaning into the transformative power of self-reflective growth.

We know that as therapists, doing our own work is crucial in aiding our chosen client populations. We can only hold others to the extent in which we can hold ourselves.
Psychoeducation
We will take an educational deep dive into children’s developmental stages to help you develop a deeper understanding of your childhood experience. You may have a client or 2 in mind as well.
Guided Meditation
We will go through structured & guided meditations to develop a richer comprehension of our life experiences with empathy & compassion.
Meditations you may want to use with your clients moving through this work.
Self Reflection
We will work through tailored journal prompts that help guide both individual and group reflection, accompanied and guided by a licensed therapist.
Common FAQS
How much does it cost?
I am offering this intensive at a significantly reduced price of $75 per mental health professional (proof of license is required). Register after Feb. 17 and it will only cost ya $100. Last day to register is Feb. 27. All payments are non-refundable. Even in the event of bad weather, you will be able to join online. Email Kayla@BeWellCounselingCO.com for further details on how to claim your spot.
What can I expect?
This is a group setting, capped at 10 adults of 21+, but structured so that the majority of your experience will be individual. We will do some learning as a group, be in some shared spaces and have overall reflections that are voluntary for sharing or contributing to discussion. Kayla will be available during your individual time for questions, guidance or a curiosity for more. You can expect to leave this experience with a refreshed sense of self, better understanding of how to love on the wounded parts of you and move intentionally and compassionately in your daily life, personally and professionally.
Who is this NOT meant for?
If you have had a recent significant trauma or find that you have unprocessed past trauma or triggers that currently make it difficult for independent self reflection or emotional regulation this may not be the group for you at this time. Please contact Kayla directly to explore a better suited environment for your needs.
What's included?
Not only will breakfast, snacks and lunch be provided, this is a full day worth of therapeutic assisted education and intervention. You will be in the presence of other like minded folks, in a modern and cozy space, in a structured, unstructured kind of way, encouraged to self reflect, journal, express yourself, meditate, and get curious to better understand the child in you while having an experienced therapist there to encourage deep thought and guidance if need be. Additionally, each attendee will be able to schedule a 30 minute ($130 value), one on one follow up with Kayla, up to 30 days after the intensive date, if they feel it necessary for further processing or consultation.
Who can attend?
This experience is reserved for Mental Health Professionals, who have a basic understanding of their lived childhood experience and want a dedicated and guided space to dig a bit further for the sake of themselves and their clients. Attendees have the ability to reflect independently as well as share in the group setting to their comfortability level. Attendees may have already had some individual therapy experience that lends them an understanding of coping skills, communication skills and self regulation.
When & where will it be held?
